A replay opens a practice session starting 60 bars before your entry, on FxMind's own price history. Your real entry, stop, target and exit are drawn on the chart. You step forward bar by bar to see what the market actually did. It is the quickest way to ask whether you could have held longer, or got out sooner.
Start a replay
- Open a closed trade from the Journal. An open trade has nothing to walk through yet.
- Press Replay in Strategy Lab.
- Or open Strategy Lab, press Replay one of my trades, search by symbol and press Replay next to the trade.
- In the session, press Play or One bar. Jump to my exit takes you to where you closed.
It is a copy, not a link
The trade's numbers are copied once, when the session opens. Editing, merging or deleting the real trade afterwards never changes the replay, and nothing here ever touches the trade again. A manual, imported or linked trade replays the same way, as long as its symbol is one we hold candles for. A replay counts against your Strategy Lab session limit.
