What happens when the trial ends?

You choose a plan or stay on Free. On Free the live account link pauses and the warnings stop. Your journal and its history stay.

What counts as an analyst question?

Every message you send the analyst counts as one, short or long. Free includes 20 a month, Trader 250, Pro 750, Elite 1,500 and Desk 3,200. The count restarts on the 1st. If you run out early, you can wait, upgrade, or buy 250 more for $14 (or 1,000 for $45). The pack stays until you use it.

Can I cancel on any day?

Yes. Go to Settings, Billing, Cancel. You keep the plan until the period you paid for ends. Then the account moves to Free and your journal stays.

No. The free 14-day Pro trial is how you try FxMind before paying, so payments are not refunded. Cancel any day and your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.

What stops first when a payment fails?

We try the card again and email you. You get 7 extra days to fix it. If it still fails, summaries stop first. Warnings stop last, because they protect your open trades.

How does yearly billing work?

You pay ten months and get twelve. Trader works out to $490, Pro to $890, Elite to $1,390 and Desk to $2,290 a year.

Can I move between plans?

Yes, any day. Moving up starts at once, and you pay the difference for the days left. Moving down starts at the end of the period.

Which currencies can I pay in?

US dollars, or Brazilian reais if you are in Brazil. The price you see is the price charged; we do not convert on top of it.

Which platforms can I link?

MetaTrader 5 and MetaTrader 4, from any broker that offers either. Every plan counts them the same way: Free links 1 (read-only), Trader 2, Pro 3, Elite 6 and Desk 10, MT5 or MT4, in any mix you want. cTrader and Match-Trader are next. Until then, those platforms' trades enter the journal by CSV file, and the reports treat them like any other trade.

Is linking safe for a prop firm account?

The link uses the investor password, which can only view the account. Check your firm's rules about outside tools first. If your firm is strict about where logins come from, the Dedicated IP add-on gives you an address nobody else uses.

Does any plan include trade signals?

No. FxMind never tells you what to buy or sell. It tells you what is on the calendar, what happened the last 12 times, and what that means for the trade you already have open.

An IP address is the internet address a login comes from. Normally FxMind reaches your broker from its own server address, which other customers' accounts use too. With this add-on, your MT5 and MT4 sessions always connect from one fixed address no other customer uses. Elite and Desk already include one.
