Affiliate terms

Who can join

• Referral program. Every FxMind account gets a referral link automatically. No application is needed.
• Partner program. Creators, educators and other partners join by invitation or by applying. FxMind decides who to accept.
• Joining and using a link means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not share your link.

Commission

Referral program

20% of each paid invoice of a customer you referred, after discounts and taxes, for 12 months from their first payment

Referral alternative

Where your program offers a free month for each referred customer who pays instead of a percentage, that reward applies in place of the 20%

Partner program

30% of each paid invoice for the first 12 months of the customer's subscription, unless your partner agreement sets a different rate, duration, cookie window or coupon

Commission is calculated on the invoice amount after discounts and tax, in the invoice's own currency; we never convert it into another currency or add currencies together. Nothing is earned on a free trial, on tax, or on money that is later refunded or charged back.

How a referral is attributed

• Clicking your link sets a cookie: 30 days for the referral program, 60 days for the partner program unless your agreement sets another window. A coupon code you were given attributes a sign-up even without a live cookie, and a coupon wins over a cookie if both are present.
• The newest valid click or coupon wins. Signing up with your own code, or on the same browser or device you used to share it, is a self-referral and does not earn a commission.
• We may refuse or reverse attribution we reasonably believe is fake, duplicated or automated.

Holding period and payouts

• Holding period. Each commission is held for 30 days after the invoice is paid, to cover a refund or a chargeback. A refund or chargeback on that invoice cancels the commission; one already paid is deducted from your next payout.
• Payout requests. You can request a payout of your approved balance, per currency, once it is $50 or more. You confirm each request by email; a request you do not confirm within 24 hours expires and the balance stays yours.
• Payout method. USDT on the TRC-20 or ERC-20 network, to a wallet address you provide and confirm by email. Adding or changing it requires two-factor authentication.
• Taxes. You are responsible for the taxes on what you earn. We may ask you for a tax form before paying.

What you may not do when promoting FxMind

• Say clearly and visibly that you earn a commission when someone uses your link.
• Do not promise or imply profits, guaranteed results, or that FxMind is a signal service or gives advice.
• Do not advertise FxMind for futures trading, or for any market or platform FxMind does not offer to customers; FxMind is forex only.
• Do not send spam, run misleading ads, bid on FxMind's own brand terms in paid search, or impersonate FxMind.
• Do not offer your own cash-back, rebate or incentive that a customer would not otherwise know about, without our written agreement.

Breaking a rule in this section voids the commissions involved and can end your place in the program.

Void commissions and ending the relationship

• Void commissions. Self-referrals, fake or duplicate accounts, fraud, and breaches of these terms void the commissions involved. We may reverse a commission already paid; it is deducted from your next payout.
• Independent status. Affiliates are independent. You do not act for FxMind, cannot make promises on our behalf, and are not our employee or agent.
• Ending it. Either side can end the relationship at any time. Commissions already earned and not voided are still paid on the normal schedule. We may remove an affiliate immediately for fraud, abuse or a serious breach of these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, or the rates and windows in the referral program. A material change is told to affiliates in advance by email or in the app. A partner's own signed agreement is only changed by agreement.
