Pay by card

Every plan is paid by card, taken by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars or Brazilian reais, your choice until a paid plan starts. The free trial never asks for a card.

FxMind takes one kind of payment: a card. Stripe handles it, so your card details are typed on Stripe's page and we never see or store the full number. The 14-day Pro trial does not ask for a card, and nothing is charged until you pick a plan yourself.

Cards we take

Payment is by card only, through Stripe. Your bank may ask you to confirm the first charge, in your bank app or on a page it opens. The plan change applies once the payment goes through.

Currencies

You pick the currency you are charged in on the Billing page, under Currency: US dollars or Brazilian reais. Once a paid plan starts, Stripe fixes the currency until that plan ends. If you are in Brazil, Brazilian reais is the recommended choice: a Brazilian card paying in dollars can be declined, or charged extra for foreign-currency conversion and IOF tax. The price you see is the price charged. A card issued in another currency is converted by your own bank, at its rate.

How to pay

  1. Open Billing in the menu.
  2. Check the Currency and the billing period, Monthly or Yearly.
  3. Pick a plan and press Upgrade.
  4. Read what changes and confirm. If no card is saved yet, you type the card details on Stripe's page.
  5. Confirm the payment in your bank app if your bank asks for it.
  6. The plan turns on once the payment goes through, and the invoice appears in your Invoices list.

Renewal and invoices

The card is charged at the start of each period, monthly or yearly, until you cancel. The Billing page shows the date it renews. Every charge makes an invoice with the amount and the currency. They stay in Invoices on the Billing page, where you can download each one as a PDF. To change the card, press Manage in Stripe portal, or Add a card if none is saved yet.

If a payment fails

Stripe tries the card again and we email you. You get 7 extra days to fix it. After that, features switch off in order: summaries stop first and warnings stop last, because warnings protect your open trades. Press Update card on the Billing page and everything comes back.

Prices, add-ons and the refund policy are in billing, trial and cancelling. If a charge looks wrong, contact support with the invoice number.
