You can cancel any day on the Billing page (in the menu, under your FxMind account), and your plan keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for. Below: the prices, how the trial ends, how to cancel, what happens when a payment fails, and how refunds work.

Prices are in US dollars, or in Brazilian reais if you pick that currency. You pay by card, see pay by card. What each plan includes is on pricing. To change plan, press Change plan on the Billing page. Upgrades start at once. Downgrades wait for the end of the period you already paid for.

Add-ons

Extra linked account
$8 a month each
Challenge account slot
$6 a month each
Dedicated IP
$15 a month. Elite and Desk include 1
Extra seat
$15 a month each
250 extra analyst questions
$14 once, valid until used
1,000 extra analyst questions
$45 once, valid until used

Add-ons are on the Billing page, and they need a paid plan with a linked account: Trader, Pro, Elite or Desk. The extra analyst questions also sell on Free. A challenge account slot is made for prop firm tests: when a challenge ends, you move the slot to your next challenge account instead of paying for a new one. A dedicated IP is a fixed internet address used only by your MT5 and MT4 sessions. Removing an add-on stops it at the end of the period, and the credit goes on your next invoice, not back to your card.

14 days of Pro, free

One free trial per person. It starts when you confirm your email. You get 14 days of Pro with 100 analyst questions, free, and no card. Then you choose a plan or stay on Free. Your journal and your data stay either way. You choose your plan on the Billing page.

Cancelling

  1. Open Billing in the menu.
  2. In Your plan, press Cancel plan.
  3. Read what stops and when. Nothing stops today. You can give a reason, which is optional.
  4. Tick the box that says your guards stop watching your accounts 7 days after your plan ends.
  5. Press Cancel my plan.

Your plan runs to the end of the paid period. After that the account moves to Free. Add-ons end at the same time. Briefs and the analyst fall back to the Free allowance first. Guards keep watching for 7 more days, and we email you the day before they stop. Your journal stays, and account links pause, they are not deleted. Changed your mind? Press Keep my plan any time before the period ends.

When a payment fails

Stripe tries the card again over the next few days and we email you. You get 7 extra days to fix it. If the payment still fails, features switch off in order: daily summaries stop first and warnings stop last, because warnings protect your open trades. Press Update card on the Billing page and everything comes back.

Refunds

We do not refund payments. The free 14-day Pro trial is there so you can try FxMind before you pay. You can cancel any day and your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. For anything else about an invoice, contact support.
