If FxMind suspends an account, sign-in shows: "This account is suspended. Write to support@fxmind.ai to find out why." You also get one email, "Your FxMind account is suspended". API keys and MCP keys return the same sentence with the code account_suspended (HTTP 403).
What stops
- Sign-in by password, email link or passkey.
- Every open session: you are signed out within a minute and live screens close.
- API keys and MCP keys.
- TradingView alerts: nothing is notified, marked or drafted.
- Posting and reading in communities.
What keeps running
The guards on your linked trading accounts and the broker connection keep running. Nothing at your broker is touched, and open positions stay as they are. Your data is kept.
How to ask why
- Open the support chat on the public site.
- Give the email of the account.
- Confirm the code we send to that address.
- Write your question. Staff can see the reason; it is never in the email.
How it ends
A person at FxMind lifts the suspension. You sign in again with the same password or link. Sessions that were closed do not come back, so you sign in once. No email is sent when it is lifted, so the person in the chat will tell you.
